What to Expect
For our initial consultation, please set aside 1 ½ to 2 hours of time for the in-depth intake process.
After our session, I’ll review and create your personalized gemmotherapy protocol beginning with support for your central nervous system, and may also include suggestions for certain dietary or lifestyle shifts. You’ll receive this recommendation by email within a few days of our session, along with links for where to purchase the gemmotherapy extract(s).
You will order and begin your gemmo protocol, and we will follow up in 4 weeks. At that time we can check in, and see where you are … and I will recommend a second gemmo for your autonomic nervous system, building a protocol for your needs gradually.
The rhythm of meeting every 4 weeks will continue until we have fulfilled your needs completely. Communication via text and email with me is welcomed for small questions and concerns in between sessions.
If an acute situation should arise at any point during our work together, we can address this with the length of time and cost of a single follow up session.
